As I mentioned before in my blog, the Friendship is Magic comic isn't actually finished.
This means that once we get up to speed with the author, we'll have to wait. And during this time, I hope you all can stay comitted and be ready to voice act at anytime.
For any other people, if someone can't continue, I'd be very happy if you'd step up and try out, it would make this a whole lot easier. Same goes for any new characters that may appear throughout the series.

I think realistically, some people are going to leave the project part way through and need to be replaced. That's just the way with volunteer-driven projects. I've worked for charities, and worked on open-source programming projects. Most people don't stick around forever.

But it needn't be a big problem provided the replacements are talented enough to be able to do a similar-sounding voice to the person they're replacing.
