Label it Admin Application, add that you are applying for the position, your reason for applying, along with any experience you might have in other groups (it won't count against you if you have no experience).

2: Your least favorite episode/s of MLP (of any season).
3: Your favorite characters in Dark Horse and or IMAGE comics.
