There seems to be some disagreement on that count. I see her (and a couple of other ponies) as being right on the dividing line between pink and very light purple, so it's tough to say at times...

Um, click on the image icon at the top of the comment editor (in between the link icon and the YouTube icon) and enter the address of an image.

Ideally, you'll want to post smaller images to keep the thread from loading too slowly for people with older computers or bad connections. I try to keep file sizes below 300K, myself.

Her body is clearly Purple, even if it may be light.
The majority of her mark could be seen as Pink to Cerise.
Even when the mane and tail are mainly Indigo, it has a Purple and a pink streak.
I guess that can keep her in on a minor technicality?

I can see how keeping the images fairly small is ideal. Wouldn't want to fill up the thread with just his one image.
However, if it is too small, there is no details either, which means it is pointless to send.

Nobody ever said they had to be entirely pink. I've been concentrating on pink-coated ponies, although there's some interest in adding pink-maned ponies as well.

Well, I guess that's one way to do it, but the easier way is to just find a pic you like on a site that already hosts plenty of great pony content, like Derpibooru or DeviantArt.

Uh... I'm not sure if I can explain it all that well, but I'll try my best to help you. In order to post pictures, you need to find an image and get the direct URL. For example, I'll use the pic I just posted. The direct image URL is "http://fc09.deviantart.net/fs70/i/2012/225/1/e/aloe_and_lotus_wallpaper_by_chcobo_hyper-d5aytqn.png"

Next, you need to use the "Add Image" icon in the effects bar. I took a few snapshots to help me explain things thouroughly here:

After clicking that icon, this box will open up:

Put the image URL into the text field. When you click on "Add Image" (if you hold down on the button anyway), you will see a preview of the picture appear in the box if you did things correctly:

That SHOULD allow you to post pictures into comments, but it's good practice to "Preview" your comment before you post just to make sure that things worked out properly:
