I joined a low-level city some time ago and the Mayor of it left, leaving only myself. If anyone does play it, or hasn't started yet, the city's name is "hhgffgh". There are currently four slots open for citizens.

Alternatively, if you play the game on Steam, my city there is Cadamia, and there are 5 open citizen slots.
