He may not be able to see, but he can sense colors and see the outline of everything. Char has an awful sense of humor. He jokes about his own blindess whenever he can, and often makes ponies uncomfortable. His humor often gets him into trouble, and often makes his friends very annoyed. He's also a kind guy, but a little bit cocky.
