Was once a combined colony of the Dragon Empire and the Empire of the Knights, was soon divided into local warlord territories. During the years of the unification war, the main leader of the region with Imperial City (the soon to be capital of the Imperial Empire) began to gain more land through military strength, or peaceful negotiations. Eventually the land was soon united and the Imperial Empire began a long war against the Knights. The war lasted until the new leader, Crimson, launched a full invasion, taking over the Knights. A few years later, the Imperial Empire invaded the Dragon Empire, gaining new lands and wiping out the last major obstacle in their area.

Both the Imperial Empire and Equestria have a long history together, due to a blood oath Crimson made with Celestia and Luna before he departed back to serve his king.

Crimson- over 700 years on the throne
Hope Shield- spent about ten years on the throne at the moment
