I have been playing around with the idea of making a top pick list here in the group. One filled with the cream of the crop and the marvels of the site. However instead of just populating it with a bunch of my recommendations, I decided to open it up to the members to populate it. So what stories would you consider required reading? Every member can recommend one or two stories and once I get ten I'll toss it up.

I will not question your choice, but please give a reason why you recommend it.
