I'm joining because I don't have Facebook and I have no intention of ever getting Facebook.

Facebook is lame.

It's not that I don't want a Facebook account, it's more that I have no need for a Facebook account. I don't know a lot of people, and no one I know has a Facebook account.

That being said, Facebook is dangerous because once you post something, it's not going away.
