I've been thinking: if Big Mac knows how to be fancy (and frilly), we have a few options as to where he learned it:

-He's been spending more time with Rarity.
-AJ taught him about life in Manehattan.
-He's been a fancy pony and knows about the culture.
-He's secretly a drag queen.
-He used to play teatime with Apple Bloom when she was younger and AJ was out working.

What do you think? I prefer the third option myself. As well as the fact that if her cousin qualifies, couldn't Babs just do it?
