Everything! uh sorry. They're too many things that make her adorable and huggable. I'd totally hug or snuggle her if I could, but that's as far as I'll go.

On Deviant Art someone made a group just to hate Fluttershy. But someone made a group to protect Fluttershy.

3264472 I actually saw that group; actually a lot more tamed and mature than I expected. While I do respect their opinions, I did notice that DA had a lot more groups devoted to supporting Fluttershy as a character. At the end of the day, love always conquers hate.
