The gist: Luna, through some unorthodox means, possibly gave birth to the Changeling empire, and she's telling Celestia how it happened.

Alright, this story has some serious flaws. However, seeing as how every commentor saw fit to point out these flaws, I don't think dwelling on them will help the author. So I'm just gonna briefly mention the biggest of these: grammar and execution. A lot of funky run-on sentences and really strange plot points.

Alright, that's out of the way, so let's focus on the good! The plot is really interesting. It's had a bumpy start, but it's a great idea. And creativity. That's another wonderful aspect of this story! Don't drop the creativity.

Unfortunately, this story needs a lot of work at the moment, so I can't recommend it on high review. But it's not a lost cause! Keep working

MOOD: There's romance there, but it feels kinda off.

GRAMMAR: Needs improvement. I suggest hiring an editor. D+

STYLE: Random, moody, and interesting. It's a bit awkward though
