I'm...not sure I'm okay with the idea of a time travel agency as part of canon Lunaverse. It really conflicts with the setting as a whole.

Agreed, plus we sort of try to avoid timey wimey shenanigans as a whole.

Granted, I suppose it might be possible to adapt the concept of an organization guarding fate, without any time travel at all. At the same time, however, that sort of runs into the same problem as previous attempted organizations such as The Network, in that it detracts from the focus of the setting on its main heroes in the form of the L6.

Time travel really is something that should be used sparingly. The idea of an entire agency just feels too out there for even the Lunaverse. What I read looks like a decent story, but I have to vote nay for canon status.
