Since Krazy has this thing against humans and I have lately become enamoured with Rainbow Rocks, I have taken it upon myself to create some Equestria Girls emotes that are compatible with Krazy's emote extender.

EDIT: Minor update to add two more emotes and round it out to an even 20. Version updated to 3.0.1

In order to install them, please first head over to this blog post to learn how to install Krazy's scripts. There are some quirks, especially with Chrome. Because of the modular nature, you do not have to install any of Krazy's modules for mine to work, but I highly recommend them anyway.

Once you understand the basic principles, you can install this module using either the FireFox or Chrome version. (If the FireFox version does not work, try the Chrome version.)

For a minute there I thought you were requesting these. Scared my a little bit. :P

I think you're also the first person to actually create a module for the extender! I was wondering when someone would get around to doing that.

Come. Join the dark side~

I've had the idea to make some EQG emotes since I saw the movie. The real trick, as you probably know all too well, is to find source material. You've made the actual scripting bit super easy.

I haven't seen Rainbow Rocks yet, so who knows? Maybe I'll change my opinion of it (though I doubt I'll ever like the character designs) if it's really as good as people say.

Well, if I actually knew how, I would probably have flooded the emotes with background ponies by now.

Maybe I could experimentally blunder my way through some delicate hatchet surgery on an existing script...

There's a guide in the thread for the main scripts that details the process. Or maybe it's in the FIMFiction user scripts group... I'll have to check when I'm back at my computer.

Good to know; thank you.

I may have to give some love to some more obscure ponies...

Quick question -- I'm still in the image selection phase, and obviously I'm working primarily with vectors. Is it okay to leave them with transparent backgrounds, or is it better to just put those images on a neutral background?

Not directed at me, but transparent is best so that the emotes will blend in even if someone is using a custom style to change up the background colors. (All of the built in emotes, all of Krazy's, mine, and Sollace's use transparent backgrounds.)
