Requirements:

All the main characters, including the two kids and their cartoonist mom, the other humans who have the members on the Keroro Platoon, and Sgt Frog himself!

It also needs to have the title of the club. It can be done in Photoshop for a professional looking feel, or it can simply have a text title.
