If the character's body is female during the pregnancy then I'd put a story like that in the "normal" folder; it doesn't really matter (to me at least) that "he" had been a male before the gender transformation and subsequent conception.

Well, most say "Normal" or you might try "Other" considering the circumstances. If the character was returned to being male while still pregnant I'd say it'd go into male pregnancy
