WAR? Today marked another border incident between Scandineighvia and Germaneigh. At 3:00 am, Germaneighnian "Civilians" crossed the border illegally into Scandineighvia and again attempted to interrupt the flow of trade through Grindherd's (gateway city) canal. They were incapacitated peacefully and now are sitting in a Danish jail cell, but this marks the third incident in a extended effort to avenge Germaneigh's loss of Griffonian trade tariffs normally charged for use of the Hayburg canal. Germaneighnian citizens decry the Helgrind canal as thievery and unfair, but Scandineighvia stands by its canal and describes it as fair competition. Both sides seem unable to find any compromise, and tensions continue to rise.
