Hive ranks:

SwarmLords/ Swarm Ladies (half a dozen) :
Leading figures & among the best assassins of the Changeling Hive.

Executioners (around fifty) :
Seasoned members that have completed more than fifty contracts (as a team, or on their own.)

Soldiers (around two hundred) :
Members to have completed more than twenty contracts. (As a team, or on their own.)

Stalkers: (one or two per city/region) :
Those who specialize in information gathering, .
Usually they're the ones who receives the contracts before sending them to Hive.

Drones (around a thousand):
Members that have been authorized to wear the Black Exoskeleton, and to complete the basic contracts

Workers (a couple hundreds) :
Those who couldn't, or wouldn't take the black Exoskeleton.
They're in charge of the chores, the forges, the food, the lodging, and everything.
They have basic military training in case the Hive is attacked.

Larva (variable):
The new members in training.

Broodmother (a couple):
Known nickname the larvas have for their female instructors....
Usually followed by intense corporal punishments whenever the female instructor in question finds out.
