Of Kaiju and Ponies (MLP + Godzilla Crossover): The Global Defense Force of Tokyo has finally defeated all the monsters that threatened their homeland. With the monsters reduced to dehydrated orbs, the humans place them all in an interdimensional machine in an attempt to send them someplace where they will never be able to threaten Tokyo again. Unfortunately, the place they sent them to happened to be the peaceful land of Equestria. An accident happens, and the first monster to be revived is the dreaded Godzilla, who goes stomping across the unfamiliar land. Shortly after, all the other monsters are revived and go on multiple rampages across Equestria. It would appear that Twilight Sparkle and her friends have encountered a challenge that they can't possibly overcome, until the benevolent Mothra crosses over to the ponies' dimension and offers her help. With Mothra's assistance and Fluttershy's stare, they set out on a quest to stop the rampaging kaiju. But not all the beasts can be affected by Flutterhsy's stare.

The Equestria Girls enjoy their peaceful lives at Canterlot High until an outbreak of giant monster attacks happen around the world. When their magical superpowers aren't enough for the job, Sunset Shimmer contacts Princess Twilight Sparkle in Equestria for help. Twilight tells them that they need the help of the benevolent Mothra and the powerful Godzilla to put an end to the destructive chaos. Soon they find out that an alien force is controlling the kaiju and have been seeking to get their hands on the girls' magic so they can awaken and control the Ghidorahs, evil and powerful multi-headed space dragons who have carved a path of destruction across the universe. Once the wicked dragons are freed, Godzilla and Mothra fall before their power, and they begin destroying the Earth. However, the girls realize they must put their hope in the hands of Godzilla and Mothra's surviving offspring, Godzilla Jr. and Mothra Leo.
