To me it Zazu because he a cocky coward aka all talk no trousers . Hides behind animals aka Mufasa Simba when he insults Scar/Hyena/Outlanders. It down talks to Simba and Nala in way as cub,that he to good for them.

Also Timon more when im older i kinda of dislike Timon.When as a kid i found him cool. The main problem i have with Timon he use Pumba as a meat shield same with Simba. True he not much of a coward than Zazu he will defend his Friends when pushed unlike Zazu.

Unlike Zazu when he was sent free from the cage by T and P. and the battle between Pridelanders and Outlanders . Zazu was no were to be seen.
