I had a story similar to this involving Cinnamon Cider (applejack offspring) asking her parents, each one alone, why they fell in love with each other. But it got buried with the rest of the unpublished stories because it didn't feel 'complete' enough to me to publish. I doubt it would ever be done soon if someone else wanted to do a their own sort of story of this.
