Your ideas for unique and original Perks. GO!

I am the Ubermensch/I am Bulletproof: two-pony perk, (if capable of using magic), you now have the ability to cast a temporary skintight shield over you and one other member of your party for roughly 5 minutes before needing to recharge.

(yes, tf2 Ubercharge in FOE)

A Team Of Wild Ponies: When you're working with at least two other ponies, you get bonuses to all skills. When you're not, you get negatives to all skills.

In The Clinch: When the chips are down, you can increase any SPECIAL stat by +1 for half an hour. After that half hour, you're at -1 to all SPECIAL stats and you lose any perk bonuses for the next twenty-four hours. Good luck.

Blinkered: If you've got a mission, doing things to achieve it will effectively be at +1 Perception and +1 Intelligence. While you don't have a mission -- or if you deviate from it to chase something else down -- you're at -2 Intelligence until you get back to the mission you've got.

Lucky When It Counts: When calculated for injury, you gain +1 Luck. When calculated for anything else, you get -2 Luck.

(These are from my currently unreleased sidefic, Long Shadows.)

Blind Bag: Get 25 extra stat points placed randomly in your skills.

Packrat: All items of 10 kg or less weigh only half of what they say.

Tunnel Vision: When looking down scopes, you get +25% Damage, +10% Accuracy, but it also consumes 30% more Action Points.

Slendermane: A strange creature from a dream you can't remember has followed you into the waking world... Good thing it's on your side. Whenever an enemy's in your blind spot, there is a chance that a mysterious being will descend upon them for you. (Also, this Slendermane is basically a male Alicorn from The Goddess, that went completely crazy, and is suffering from taint. Thus, the tentacles. But it's still highly effective, if shy as all fuck.)

Ok, most of the one's I've been using can probably be considered unique xD So here goes:

Sharp Eye – You can detect (most of the time) when other ponies are lying to you if you can look them in the eye. (Hmmm, I need to use this one more....)

Loose Cannon – Thrown weapons (like grenades) can now be thrown 20% farther, and with 20% more accuracy

Sixth Sense – You can tell when somepony is carefully aiming at you, giving you a small chance to dodge.

Lead Belly – After long exposure to radiation, and surviving, you gain +20% to radiation resistance. (I believe this one is from the games, but am far too lazy to look it up)

Story of a Broken Heart – The recovery of your journal grants you a greater understanding of your past, increasing your mental willpower. (This one is a story perk)

Quick Striker – All attacks with melee weapons are 20% faster.

1094637 Yeah, and Lead Belly does 50%, I believe.

Yeah:

50% less radiation when drinking irradiated water

Good to know, but I'm not limiting it to drinking dirty water, so the drop in effectiveness evens things out a bit.

1094726 Yeah, New Vegas actually has it spread across all food items.

God of Loot- can move normally while over encumbered but the items causing must have a value or over 150 caps or be unique items

I'm the Juggernaut- gain a 15% movement speed and 10% unarmed bonus and +5 DT (30%, 20% and +10 with second rank) while wearing heavy armor class helmets and using unarmed weapons. suffer -5 DT while equipped with any other headwear.

Living Nightmare- experience is tripled at night, but at what cost? (enemies now have a 3% chance to turn into "Nightmare Touched" versions at when defeated at night potentially tripling their stats

Living Legacy- your mentor may no longer be with you, but you've taken up his mantle (and maybe some other stuff he didnt need anymore). +1 to all specials and 15% bonus to speech (as long as its a choice you mentor would have made) checks while wearing your mentor's equipment.

Gifted Marksman- the first shot in SATS (or similar modes) with a scoped weapon will gain a 20% bonus to hit chance and crit damage.

Smiling Jack- gain 40% damage bonus to knives, and unique dialogue options while holding a knife

This should be stickied or linked in the character creation thread.

I just wanted to comment on this but then I realised how long it had been...
