I have to thank each member for being part of this group and help us grow not only in size, but also in content!

Of course I have to give a special thanks to some guys.

I've been mulling over how best to go about a shipping competition. It's not easy, let me tell you. For starters prompts for such a general group can be awkward. Do we segregate clopfiction from non-clopfiction? Mature shipping from Romantic shipping? Then there's the whole issue of judging. Do I make a poll and let anyone vote without restrictions? Or do we assign specific people to be judges?

Don't get me started on the prize, or lack thereof...

So yeah, it's an issue, and one I would like to address soon. I don't even know if I'll be ruling myself out from the contest either. I think it'd be kind of awkward for the group admin to submit his own fiction to his own competitions, no?

Jumping back on topic to your comments, weekly's too often for most people to write. If there's going to be a competition it's going to be a once every one / two months ordeal. I'm not so sure about picking ONE pairing that is featured... it kind of feels a little limiting, but that's just my personal opinion.

Finally, whatever wins will probably end up in a 'Featured' folder.
