Every target you are given has a unique animation, but this can only be triggered when you engage your target with your sword. So what's your favorite target to kill. My personal favorite goes to Lady Esma Boyle. The way Corvo pulls her in before stabbing his folding blade through her abdomen is probably the classiest way to kill someone.
