Faelund is a place where Fae live for example the the leader of Ilflund known as EAtrooper. (Not using a real name...) EAtrooper is the ruler of the forest / high elves, The Alaran King is the leader of the Nymphs, Queen of Tiama leader of the Sprites, Princesses of Erlund and Rhilund is leaders of the Faries and Pixies.

So they end up in Faelund or take some ponies from Equestia to Faelund.
