How old does a foal have to be in order to talk?

I'd imagine it's similar to humans (2-3 years old).

I'm guessing - seeing how they're obviously more developed than humans - maybe around a year, year and a half?

1036214 Well, we know from the show (Episode: Baby Cakes) that a foal can have their first word (in that case 'Pinkie' and 'Pie') within a month of birth.

Human infants usually say their first word at around 9-12 months.
