This is a research group dedicated to searching out the depths of the grand interstitial and cataloging everything there.
Every world to be explored, every new race to learn of, every civilization, from villages to deep space research stations.

A few rules though:
1. All members must remember not to interfere with each world. To do so is a horrible mistake unless given clearance. To obtain clearance, you must be at least a Rank C Manipular.
2. Each team sent to explore a world must contain at least one seasoned explorer.
3. All world reports must include the Line Code, the World Line's Name, and it's derivation type.
4. Self-Established worlds need to be tagged with a tracker. And explorer leaving the base MUST carry at least two of the devices during transit.
5. Please, no setting yourself up as a god, just because you have magic more advanced than thiers, or advanced technology. I mean, really, if we have to send another recovery team after some would-be empire-maker, the Administration will be very displeased.

Any applications to join the Travelers Foundation will be reviewed swiftly and be rejected or accepted within two days (use OCs, they don't have to be Equestrian)
