I always thought tthat someone in the FO:E universe should try something like this. With all their technology and magic some amazing things could be done. However, she isn't much more than a Steel Ranger, and they can be killed fairly easily if you know how.

Very good story I can't wait till you write another story with her

Like the set up and will be following this one; one question though. If she has hydra auto-injected into her system, won't that try to regenerate her missing bits?:derpyderp2:

4746941 Well to be fair, this guy didn't seem like he was a shining example of sanity. Someone with more resources and a willing participant would probably be able to create something far more impressive.

4749391 I'd imagine with her body already full of mechanical parts, there'd be no place to grow the organs back. But that was a really good question that I hadn't thought about.

4750744 That's my concern. Cells (at least those for complex organisms) tend to stop growing once they've touched another cell. The exception to this are cancer cells.

The problem starts to occur once you use a nonliving, foreign entity. Say metal. The cells might stop or they might keep growing, unable to recognize that they hit something.

We use only a handful of metals and plastics in contact with human flesh for just that reason.

She might get an auto injection of Hydra, and explode as she's turned back into a regular pony.:twilightoops:

The Fallout: Equestria wiki says that Hydra...

...allows their bodies to rapidly regenerate tissue while simultaneously setting broken bones and removing any foreign objects.

I imagine that it would eject all the prosthetics, and, as per some ridiculous law of drama and protagonist suffering, would do so quite painfully, if not potentially fatally.
