Teaching a class on making basic web-pages in HTML/CSS today. · 4:06pm Oct 16th, 2022
Hey, eveypony.
So, hurricane stuff aside, I'm going to be teaching an online class in about 6 hours (Sunday, 6:00PM EST) on the basics of making web-pages, using HTML and CSS. It will last for about 2 hours, and will go over the very basic stuff, at the end of which, you'll be able to type up web-pages in any text-editor that you can view in your web browser. I'm also going to try and slip in stuff like basic web-design and Javascript, so the pages will look nice and have some interactivity.
This is an entry-level class that requires zero experience, and is meant to be a foundation for later classes on Web Design and Programming, so if you're interested in learning about programming (or just want to make your own website some day), you should definitely come check it out!
