I pointedly don't have a favorite pony because I'm too far outside the target audience for that opinion to be useful to anyone, and the Flutterspiel doesn't help because the whole pantheon has an animal-head gimmick that she'd love.

Twilight- Thoth
Rarity- Bastet
Rainbow Dash- Sehkmet
Applejack- Min
Pinkie Pie- Shezmu
Fluttershy (this one was the hardest)- Geb

Edit: my favorite is Twilight and it's pretty obvious to connect her and Lord Thoth together. They are both scribes and closely associated with Ra/Celestia.
