Surprise surprise! I seem to be on a role with my more creative hobbies as of late. Aside from writing here and there, I've also been working on some art as well. Specifically, the artwork that I'll be using in "Elements Change the Dark Hearts". Even more specific, it'll also be used for a project in relation to said story.
Why am I so excited? Simple. I've been putting this project off (and in turn, the images) for YEARS, with only having the first part's sketch (mostly) done. It wasn't until I sat down looking at the first image, realize that it was too rough to use, and basically used my living room table as a light table (its top surface is a pane of glass, and I had a couple of portable light switches underneath) and traced over the important lines to create clean and bold linework. It was then that I suddenly had inspiration to work on the five other images, and after a few sessions over a few days, I've mostly finished the sketchwork for the other images on top the first image's linework. Once the sketches are all done, I'll proceed to getting the linework redone for all of them so they lose the sketchiness, then I'll work on the shading.
So excited!
