Maybe a split personality?
Prime VA, I like classic Shockwave, but this one has an intimidation factor of 7/10. Especially when it comes down to 'logical and non-logical' statements. But if you're implying him to have a split personality...I think this makes logical sense. He experiments with an abnormal space bridge and now has a split personality because of it. This is a most logical outcome.
I'm a sucker for G1 and Animated so I'm gonna say Corey Burton
