I've blocked this person on 5 websites in response to not allowing me to interact with Balan and NiGHTS fans who share the same interest in NSFW content.
Letting this person live in my head rent-free is not good for my mental health. For them to say that I should "change my ways" with my fanfictions is to forbid me from expressing myself and opening up about my sexuality. I find that oppressive and disrespectful.
They made me feel like I'm not good enough no matter how much I try. I don't want to talk to this person anymore as I've lost my respect for them. Hopefully, this will be the last time that I will talk about this as I want to heal whilst moving forward.
Good of you. Freedom of speech does not extend to harrassment.

Well, to be fair, our conversations in the DM in Discord are civil. There was no yelling and/or cussing whatsoever.
It's just that them forbidding me from entering a NSFW channel because of my NSFW fanfictions and telling me about "changing my ways" with the material rubbed me the wrong way.
I wouldn't consider it harassment per se. Even though they had no intention to hurt me, their remarks ended up being hurtful.
I was talking to a friend of mine on Tumblr about this last night and they said they knew a few people who found the rules/requirements a bit much.

To prohibit somebody from entering an NSFW channel because your NSFW content doesn't fit their view of NSFW content is a bit hypocritical, methinks. Still, maybe my inital comment was an overreaction.

It's a pretty open field (admittedly I've written relatively little NSFW if M rated stories qualify as NSFW).
