Life hits you fast, you know? Some of you know of the physical and mental struggles I've undergone over the past two years. I had a bout with kidney cancer, underwent chemo, and overcame it. However, I had complications with my diabetes due to the procedure. I even had to undergo cataracts eye surgery to have my vision repaired. I was even jobless because I could not do anything without nearly keeling over. I developed neuropathy (damaged nerves in the lower body and feet) and tachycardia (very fast heartbeat). I even lost 50 lbs, weighing in at a dangerously low 134 lbs.
Anyway. This is not a sad blog but a happy one. This year has been a bounceback. I started back writing and you guys have welcomed me back with open arms. My health is back steady and I'm exercising. I even weigh 161 lbs and practice yoga. I work two jobs (one teaching autistic kids and adult. The other in retail selling movies and games). This is a huge reason why updates have slowed. Between both jobs, I'm working 40 to 60 hour weeks.
But hard work pays off. I've just purchased my first house and signed a lease. Everything is official and I can start moving in a couple weeks. I'm even in the process of adopting a pair of dogs (both Chihuahua mix).
So I thank you all for your patience. Updates will resume now that summer camp is over, but they may pause again since I will be moving soon. So thanks again!

Totally understandable. Your life has to take priority. Take all the time you need to sort yourself out and don't work yourself too hard.

Here is the thing. We would have accepted you back no matter what. Did not know you went thru all of that shit.. You are a survivor and a badass. Take your time and we will wait for you.

Life has been insane for me too. I've been dealing with difficulties with my job, looking for a new one (and learning how to better sell myself to get those), dealing with family difficulties (grandparents moving out of house they've lived in for SO long (including 91 year old grandfather who has a form of Parkinson's and who may have at least a year or two left) into a senior living apartment, etc.) As such, working on my story has been near IMPOSSIBLE! However, I hope that like with you, things will look up for me 🤞🤞🙏.
Take your time and hopefully it won't be long.

It's fine. I put my story on hiatus cause I lost my motivation and too many stuff has been happening
