Guys, I have a confession to make....
I'm a brony. Yeah, I know, crazy stuff. Anyway, I actually finally decided to come clean to the family, primarily my parents because my siblings give zero shits and everyone else is dead. I facetimed them while I was wearing this shitty Rainbow Dash shirt I found online that was several sizes too large (unlike the average brony, I weigh less than 170 lbs, so I assume the sellers assumed I was extra large, understandably so)
because I own practically nothing pony related, because I'm not that obsessed with it. Anyway, both of them expressed confusion when I told them, wondering what bronies were. I was really surprised they didn't know what bronies were, mainly because of the fact that both of them are very engrossed in various pieces of pop culture. For example, my step mom really likes Legend of Zelda, making me interested in from a young age. There are also several consoles in their house from many different generations.
When I explained it, my dad deadass made the 🗿 face then hung up.
I think they're okay with it.

I personally admire you for admitting your tastes and that you don't care about the opinion of others, I hope you find people who support or don't judge you for your tastes.
