Warrior would rise from his coma after this thanks to Fluttershy using Philomena's feather which is actually a Phoenix Down.
Firion would bond with both Rairity and Rainbow Dash because of Firion's Wild Rose and his dreams.
Trixie would be stalking Squall thinking how similar they are and her wanting to be better than him. They would duel and Squall would win and informing Trixie that friendship makes him strong even if he chooses to travel alone. The voice in Trixie's head would tell at her to stop her evil actions. Golbez would explain how that's her good will trying to break through to her because she knows what she Is doing to destroy Equestria is wrong. But she is stubborn to keep on her dark path.
After losing the Chaos Reports the villains being to get more aggressive in trying to destroy Equestria.
Cecil would bond with Luna and Celestia, due to Cecil being Lunarian and being able to relate to them because of thier experience of being at odds with siblings. Not soon after Cecil gets his crystal, Golbez would attack the Mane 6 again. However thanks to Rarity and Twilight's mastery of magick they were able to stop him. Golbez would show pride in them for growing so stronger. Although just like with Cecil, he would sometimes question the 6's ability to do things on their own, rather than depend on each other whenever things get desperate.
Exdeath would hide in the Everfree Forest opening the Rift to swallow Equestria in it. During this he would disguise himself in his tree form, Zecora would notice this and call the 6 and Warrior for help. They would bring Bartz in for extra help when they learn that the tree is Exdeath. Fluttershy bonds with him because he knows much about Chocobo care. A joke I put in is since Exdeath is basically a evil tree, Fluttershy is scared of the idea of being a tree. They defeat Exdeath giving Bartz his crystal. Zecora and the 6 would use their abilities to seal away the rift after Exdeath opened it. Before fleeing, Exdeath mocks the 6 especially Fluttershy for the virtues the Elements of Harmony represent. However Fluttershy get's a little courage and stands up to him saying it may seem weak but if you embrace their virtues. It can make someone more stronger than one can imagine.
The May The Best Pet Win episode. Rainbow Dash would still pick Tank as her pet while Fluttershy would give Warrior the Chocobo she's raising once it finishes growing up.
A second joke I had in mind, is the episode where Rainbow Dash gets injured and is placed in the hospital, (sorry I can't remember the name.) When the other memebers of the 6 tell Rainbow Dash about reading a great tale. Warrior would make a reference to Kingdom Hearts.
Chrysalis would stalk Tidus and Jecht trying to absorb thier love. Because she understands the truth about Tidus and Jecht's relationship despite them being at odds with each other. Jecht would turn on Chrysalis after she absorbed Tidus's love making him weak. After beating her away she would flee to Equestria to begin her plans to ruin Shining Armor and Cadence's Wedding.
Discord would spend a lot of time with Garland and Chaos mostly being a suck up. However he secretly plans to usurp Chaos to become the God of Discord himself.
