Okay, when ever I go to edit a new chapter, there is this head line that says that I could loose my chapter data if I save. Should I be over concerned about this? Because I am putting a lot of work into the next chapter.

There was an issue when the update first came out that prevented people from uploading their chapters but it is fixed. You shouldn't have to worry about it, but just in case keep your original.
