Derpibooru is easily the biggest pony-related artwork hub to my knowledge. Lots of fetish stuff posted there already, you just have to change the default content filter to see em. Just make sure to tag your work correctly.

Yeah, I've been posting my pony-related art on there. But I have a lot of non-pony (mostly human) stuff. I looked at InkBunny and e621, but those are mainly furry sites, and Inkbunny even forbids any human art. Aside from reddit/twitter, I didn't know if there was a booru-esque place for that kind of art.
If it's exclusively humans, I'd recommend Scatbooru for scat/watersports stuff or perhaps Pixiv alternatively. Not sure about Furafinity's human policy but I've seen some stuff of just humans there before.

Can't speak personally, but I understand Baraag is pretty permissive.
