So, I've decided to move my profile comment to a blog post so people can actually see it.
I've been thinking about making a story of my own for a while, and I'm an avid fan of all things crawly. But, I've been worried that I won't be able to get certain staple characters right in this series, and I'm not sure if I'll do particularly well as an author here given my desire to make unique stories.. Now, I know unique isn't bad, but I don't know if it'll be going too far.. I've always wanted to see a story made and based on more kinds of bug ponies other than the changelings, such as a concept for ant ponies and the like.
I know ants, bees, and other adorable crawlies are a thing in mlp, and given the changelings' origin story in the comics, I know other kinds of bug ponies are certainly doable. But what should I do? Would anyone else be interested in reading a story centered around other kinds of bug ponies?
What about Breezies?
There is lots of Insect related world building to be done there.

And hm.. I honestly haven't thought about the Breezies; I think that'll fit nicely with the draft I have.
No one's commented or responded on this old blog for a long time until now, and in that time I've already decided to go onward with my idea; I don't know when the draft could be finished, but thanks for the idea!
