Note to Guerrilla Games: People have lives. · 3:23pm Feb 24th, 2022
People don't always have an hour plus to commit to your damn game, especially in the morning.
One thing Guerrilla needs to seriously work on is their exposition or at least WARN us to make ourselves comfortable for over a half hour.
Otherwise I'm done playing Forbidden West in the mornings before work. 17.5 minutes of dialogue choices and conversation. Followed immediately by a 6.5 minute cutscene, followed by 10 minutes of combat and cutscenes.
All without a save point where you can turn the game off and head to other aspects of your life.
Don't get me wrong, the story is great, but at least WARN players to not proceed if they have other commitments within an hour, for crying out loud.
Sounds like a case of art overriding common sense.
Just so you know, the game creates auto saves you can start from.
I don't own a ps5 but does it not just suspend titles like the Xbox/alt tabling a pc does? Or even like how say a switch does?
I gave up playing it during the week, saving the thing for weekends. That thing sucks up a TON of time!
I love it though

This. On my PS4 I could pause a game by going to the menu or putting the system in rest mode. Did they take those features out on the PS5?
