It would appear that I have been remiss...

With regards to the Gabby/Gilda picture I posted in the previous C&C blog. I have been informed by Backlash91 that the art I clipped was originally commissioned for one of his stories, which I will post here:

I was introduced to the pic by the friend. I then found a link to it on Derpibooru, and there was no indication out there of what it was for. I just thought it was perfect for the coming chapter and would be an attention grabber. But apparently some people are now accusing me of stealing it even though I credited the artist and indicated where I found it.

Regardless, my apologies to artist Elicite and to Backlash91 for not crediting the pic fully. If I had known, I would have asked for permission to use it.

I feel bad for Backlash91 who had to field all of those panicked comments. Look, I want the original artist to get his due as much as the next guy but let's be real clear: the internet is filled to the top with image files. Firesight is neither taking credit for this image nor monetizing its use. He is a private citizen sharing cool stuff on his blog. The people who bothered Backlash should feel very silly over this ordeal.
