[FANFICTION FRIDAY] Poll results, and the Return of the Swarm · 10:28pm Feb 14th, 2022
To precisely nobody's surprise, LLW, with the Swarm practically begging for it for literally years now, pulled out the winning votes. Voice of Rage and Ruin, as the sequel series to Empire, was the logical runner up, but what was surprising was the high placement of "Gently Streams the Sunbeams," which other than a couple of promotional posts here and there I've barely talked about. Clearly, y'all have great faith in my ability to churn out the Drama™. 
Last Little Unicorn getting 3 votes was a bit of a shock, but not nearly as much as all you bakka hentais out there wanting to see monsterfucker Sunset get non-con groped by the Monster6. 
So by end-of-month you can expect Chapter 13 of LLW. Updates will be posted as I have them.
Oh, and if anyone wants to be a pre-reader, I'm looking to develop a pool of 'em for all my future works. DM me if you're interested (and hopefully I didn't cause my inbox to blow up, but hey, First World Problems, amirite?)

Good to hear you will update your story soon. Although my first choice of vote would be 'A Hive of Queens' which sadly was not included in the poll. Still, hearing my second favorite might get update for real really excite me. I am looking forward to reading the new chapters.

With 38 projects I want to work on, I had to narrow down the selection somehow, and I've had Hive in development longer than LLW, but LLW became a passion project so quickly it became much, much easier to write for.
Also, when I first started writing Hive (which was 4 years before I started writing LLW), I had just been on a massive changeling binge and finished reading every "x character was a changeling all along!" story available at the time. To properly finish Hive, I'd have to re-read all those fics for the Mane6 (and a few that you don't know about) just to make sure I had the canon for their home universes straight in my head. Hive will return, I've got the entire thing plotted out, including the finale and denouement, I just need to make sure I get the characters right.
I told myself I was going to look into the poll, and I ended up forgetting about it altogether. Ah, well... life happens.
