Falak Disc: A short timeline · 7:42am Dec 17th, 2021
Okay, since I couldn't get this out of my head tonight, I'll give you a short summary of the life of an early character of mine; Falak Andaliax Disc, the son of Discord and Cosmos (though never mention his mother in a good light to him; he hates that lady.)
Let's get rambling.
Prefix 1: Initial Awakening
Cosmos from Chaos On possesses the mother of Fal Robins and incapacitates his father, leading to a lake crash. Soon after, Fal awakens his latent draconequus form, makes his Snowdrop (in actuality queen of a friendship-sustained Windigo tribe) immortal and cures her blindness, and sets out a signal for other "main characters" in a localized cluster of universes to awaken Equestrian powers somehow.
Prefix 2: Arcania Is Born
Falak separates from most of his Malice side, creating the infantile Ahmanet. On his travels, encounters six horrific variances on the Mane 6, tosses echoes of them into the dead world where the Ahmanet is gestating, creating the first six Inverse Shadow Generals. To counter them and purify the magic composing their forms, Arcania is created. The planet is coated in a pure magic field known as the Flux to serve as a medium of ingress. After rudimentary testing, during which the crystal mineral Arcanite is discovered, Project Redemption* is enacted, and after glowing results, fails outside a stabilizing environment due to all Introspective Denial symptoms manifesting in an instant. Fortunately, new weapons were acquired prior in relativity to the total spatial and chronal annihilation of DA-G3. Proxy is employed immediately after, and Project Acheron** allows the Blight to continue providing Arcanite due to a controlled influx of feedstock impurity sustaining it. The tectonium-arcanite alloy, Arcanium, is discovered soon after, and used to create new weapons for Falak, who soon after discovers Bedlam in quantum stasis and takes them in to oversee logistics on the Blight. Azalectys is soon after sponsored, becoming a new Cleanser Soul, and preparations for the Nazarick Threshold*** begin.
*The experiment of an iteration of Cosmos going through a fabricated story seeking redemption.
**The collaboration of KI-4078 outlier divine entity "Charon" with Falak to conduct a mass collection of souls from dead worlds.
***The point when the Blight sampled powerful artifacts of Disharmony.
Main Time Period: Chaos On
Falak arrives, getting a legitimate business deed and venue for temporary shapeshifting, and starts raising low-grade chaos while simultaneously seeking out the Six Stars with intent to destroy and acquiring connections on Terra Sapiens. In this time frame, Falak changes his image for the first time, so as not to appear like his father Discord. All goes relatively close to baseline, and Falak is able to establish Nova-Tek and enact Operation: Terra Neo*. Cosmos is eliminated, and magic is eased into the public eye on Terra Sapiens. Sonata eventually responds to Falak courting her, and the two agree to share an immortal life together.
*The release of the Arcania Online series of games, an MMO that links to the real Arcania through special D-Anchor technology in all Nova-Tek's revolutionary hardware.
Suffix 1: Aftermath
The human world's saturation is stable. Most people have moved on, though the Hu-Mane 7 keep their friendship strong and stay in contact monthly as colonies begin to be set up. In Equestria, the Cunabala incident comes and goes, with four of the remaining five Crystal Trees being activated in Equestria's favor and the patriotic Knights of Order summarily defeated. Life moves on, and the divide between the Fourth and Fifth Worlds begins to close. Falak seals his Vanguardian Blade deep in the Everfree, his sister, now once again Mischief, becomes the new Chaos spirit, and the Ahmanet, now a sapient draconequus from consuming Cosmos' dying body, is named Voyadi and becomes the new spirit of Malice. Fluttershy retires to honor Kyi'lenn's betrothal with Discord, and eventually, all that remains of the Equestria Falak knew is fables. Armed with friends in Wallflower Blush, Sonata, and Azalectys, Falak goes on tour with his band, the Misfits, in the Fifth World, acting as a beacon for Harmony's renewal under the cover of Silver Sprinkles. When he returns, however... what he finds is horrible.
Suffix 2: Collapse
A radical group known as Restorers foolishly attempt to drain magic from Terra, causing the planet to become lifeless due to the integration. Human life now lives on the colonies, where magic is treated with paranoia and eventually becomes dormant again. Falak decides to "go out with a bang," and starts amassing exotic military hardware. Fearing the machines will be used on the colonies, they dispatch a covert agent, who summarily defeats Falak, destroys a stock weapons platform, and is told to evacuate before the planet is annihilated, unknowingly carrying seeds of magic back to the colonies that cannot be extinguished. In the wake of this, after acquiring more weapons, Falak fades into the background of his own world, never to return and only to watch as the last bit of chaos he unleashed spreads through what has become of his human legacy.
Suffix 3: Covenant
Project Acheron acquires Azalectys, Voyadi, and a pair of wayward "higher beings" named Soleil and Grimm and becomes the Crimson Court. After spats of boredom, testing bioweapons and interacting with a world where all myths are true (by slightly changing Arachne's fate,) Falak seals away his powers and undergoes six lives, eventually returning with another new image.
Present: Kingship
As the Crimson King managing the Court, Falak has undergone his fair share of trials, most of which went undocumented. However, he only occasionally gets bored, and he always makes time for the sextet to take a week's vacation at the end of May, not counting holidays.
Suffix: Economics
Knowing a ludicrous amount of gold (most of it acquired from DRG) could destabilize any economy he uses it in, he goes through the motions; Focus Bracers, especially, are a key product of his "avarice period." After considering the plausibility of crushing dead worlds into gold at the atomic level, and later silver (which wouldn't implode as hard due to its lower atomic mass to crush, whereas planets turned to gold or platinum are a lot spongier due to their near-identical, heavy relative masses, according to the Atomic Transmutation Theorem* of Midas Apocalypses,) he considered using it to create heavier elements (Uranium-92 was promising, until Falak realized that it was unrecorded and switched to bismuth) with an Energy Condenser (and an Antimatter Relay, which both broke down.
It was on one day, when by the chaos of narration cause Skyranger to obsess over caterpillar treads (it was a very slippery afternoon on January 17th 2022 in Edmonton, with all the iced rain on the sidewalks and parking lots - even if I only slipped twice,) that Falak finally remembered that one unfinished Landkreuzer Ratte (stolen from its hidden hangar in a Sniper Elite world) in his Armory of All Kinds of Weapons, and set the course; build a cool, huge tank based on it to surpass the Ratte by changing all that gold into steel.
*The three Theorems of Midas Apocalypses are Atomic Substitution (change all the lighter elements to gold; causes overdensity and explosion,) Atomic Transmutation (rearrange the atoms into gold; causes spongy planets that crunch in on themselves and blast their surfaces clear pending ten minutes of freefall,) and Atomic Replacement (the "magic" option that replaces any given thing with a simulacrum composed of pure gold; causes most of the land to sink and sag due to the added gravitational mass, as well as baking and crushing every living thing due to a compressed atmosphere.)
