Under Eternal Winds Feedback Update · 8:46am Dec 14th, 2021
Здравствуйте читатель, I have a small update for the amazing feedback I've gotten on Under Eternal Winds.
The feedback given was phenomenal and I have been taking notes, brainstorming and most importantly writing down what insights they've given me. I must give thanks to the couple people who were kind enough to comment or dm me their insights.
One major thing that will be overhauled is the preview / synopsis. It's a major weak point on my end as my experience in summaries comes academicly, not creatively, so I'll be trying out a better summary around the time I re-release Chapter 1.
Speaking of Chapter 1, I'm looking at by the New Year, hopefully, I'll have an update to Chapter 1, expanding it in the ending and the beginning to settup more of the story and the character of Vojka, moving it more in the prologue sense.
After the updated chapter is live, currently is still a WIP sitting at an additional thousand words, Chapter 2 should be mostly finished. Thankfully, besides the new video games , I have plenty of free time on my hands and a good stock of creative backlogging to push this with.
Chapter 2 will be aiming for a much longer word count so there is a possibility of it being slightly delayed, but at the moment it's all looking very good.
Outside of the book, how have you been doing my dear readers? I know I've just kinda reappeared out of thin air, especially when new MLP is being released and I haven't even finished the new movie yet, but I've been busy.
I moved several times in the last three years now, and it's been extremely difficult for me mentally. COVID hasn't really helped or hampered me since I'm a very reserved person, but it's been getting harder since I moved this last time in April. I still can't believe that it's almost 2022, as if it's still Dec. 2020 and I'm still at my old home.
I know not too many read what I write, and that's okay because I do it because I love writing, but I want you to know that you've made it through another year and no matter how tough it's been or how it is currently, well, we're both still here, right? That's what matters. We're both still standing, reading and writing fanfics because it makes up happy inside.
I know what it's like to be outcasted, to be seen as "the weird one" so trust me when I say that being into stuff like this is not weird or cringy or dumb, because as long as you get to smile or cry or something because you read a story about pastel ponies; well damn it's worth being odd if it makes you feel like you.
You're special and don't let anybody tell you otherwise because once you lose the spark it's so much harder to get it back. I know, my friends are dicks about it and try to make me feel ashamed, but it makes me happy and we should be able to smile once in a while.
I'm only as fictional as you make me, so have a good night and I'll see you next time.
