Tomorrow's a Snow Day, That Must Mean It's Time for Santa Hats

We're scheduled for up to 17 inches of snow in the next 48 hours! If that's not enough to get us white through to Christmas, then I don't know what is. Pray for my poor, aching back; I'll be shoveling all night long.

But on to the important thing: Santa hats for fimfic avatars. Like, if you glance at Carrot Top's festive headgear in my profile, for example. Putting on Santa hats 'round about December is a fun little tradition started by the since-departed-the-fandom The Descendant, and if you too find it charming, I invite you to change your avatar to an appropriately festive one. Or, if you think it's stupid and lame, I invite you to feel no pressure to do so. Whatever makes you happy!

Because if you can't be happy on a snow day... well, I don't even know how to finish that sentence.

We're scheduled to receive about .17 inches of snow in the next week, and by next Wednesday, the temperature will drop to a frigid 70 degrees. I love Kansas. (Now to get my editing software and find a hat...)
