Tonight Ramirez and Star would be going out together, just the two of them. and since nopony will be home to take care of Zinc and Thumbtack along with Amber and the 2 new arrivals she had asked Griff and Bez if they could watch over them tonight, luckily, they agreed.
“So how was your day?” Bezier asked Griff as they walked towards the home of the little changeling and her husband.
“It's been pretty fine, I was just working on a drawing and hanging out with Meta. how about you?”
“Its been good, boring, but good”
finally, they had reached their destination. Bezier didn’t know it but Griff knew that this night won't be smooth sailing, walking up the stairs Griff gave the door a couple of knocks
“Coming!” they heard Ramirez say.
*Crash!*
“Zinc! no! stop chasing your brother like dang cats!”
both of them looked at each other in confusion, before they could say anything the door opened revealing Ramirez in a black leather jacket her hair is tied up into a bun.
“Hey guys! sorry about that, kids am I right?” she said as she stepped to the side “so...are you guys coming in or are you just going to stand there in the cold?”
as the two entered Griff was immediately tackled by both Zinc and Thumbtack.
” Hey guys! hows it been?” he said as he pats Thumbtack on the head while stroking Zincs mane.
“Hey Rami! we gotta hustle before we’re later!” Star said as he came downstairs wearing a comfy warm jacket ” so these two will be babysitting them all for tonight?”
“Mhm!”
He gave Bez a quick hoof shake before getting Griff off the floor ” thank Celestia you guys are lifesavers, it's been a while since me and that lovely mare over there-”
“Oh stop it! you’re going to make me blush!”
“-have been out together, just the two of us. I trust you two will be able to take care of them, right?”
“Hey it's no problem dude”
“Mhm, we will take good care of them”
“Alright, thanks again, guys! now Rami, you ready to go?”
“Eeyup!” taking out her phone she picked a song on her playlist a played it “now let's go! whoo!”
The both of them rushed out into the night, slamming the door behind them.
Now that they’re gone Zinc continued her chase with Thumbtack, both running into the kitchen giggling.
“Well...this is going to be a long night...”
“Oh? why do you say that?” she asked him.
*CRASH!*
“Oh...”
“Eeyup, now, let's do this” he said as he cracked his hoof and stretched “this is going to be a long one”
