My first blog post

So just thought about making a blog post, because why not, and I didn't make one yet. There won't be anything overly interesting here, it's actually just a test how many would read a random-ass blog post of a random-ass user.
But to actually make this about something, I'll tell you I'm in the process of writing a longer story, being adventure/mystery in theme. I'm also thinking about writing a one-shot, or two. I have many ideas, but I'm torn between making progress with my current main fic, or to mix things up a bit, and write something else. Either way, I'm not making very good progress.
But also, I only want to post anything when it's actually finished. I encountered far too many stories that were promising, only to be greeted with the dreaded "Incomplete" stamp, and a date of last update being far too long ago. I don't want to walk down that route, even if the effort spent on finishing a story will result in a disappointingly low amount of readers. Because I still owe my actual readers a completed story, if they bothered to partake in the journey I brought to life.

Also, to those who liked my first (and so far only) story, especially with regard to its main character, Royal Guard Sword Glitter, I have some good news, she will be the main character in a series of stories I'm planning. These stories will form a smaller AU, heavily based on the show, actually only differing from it in a few key points. And no, there wouldn't be Anon, he was unique to this story. There would be 3 longer, and probably a few other shorter stories altogether, and who knows what else. But this is all just in a planning stage, so don't hold your breath (I mean, the 5 of you who are reading this, that is).
