Say, by some miraculous magical accident Thunder Kicker was turned into a filly and the effects were irreversible. But he would still be the same in terms of personality, mannerisms, etc.

I wouldn’t have a problem with it plus in a way it could also be a secondary part of his new lease on life if it ever happens. Mentally speaking he is in a crossfire between a three and six year old in situations. If he was turned into a filly permanently at such a young age he could start to detach himself from his awful past with Candy’s help.
