Yep, you heard right! I did!
Let’s start from the pointers we have from each season.
Season 1 has 3 major pointers.
1) Twilight advances in her studies
I’m thinking of this like going to college at 18 years old.
2) Fluttershy & Pinkie
Probably in Bridle Gossip, I think, Fluttershy states she’s a year older than Pinkie Pie.
Seasons 2 & 3 have no pointers, but they will come in handy soon.
Season 4 has 1 pointer, an important one.
1) Rainbow’s Cake
I counted 21 candles on Dash’s cake in Pinkie Pride, meaning Rainbow was probably 21 during season 4. Maybe it was incorrect, but I trust that Pinkie takes utmost care with her friends’ cakes, and for the birthday bash, she had to make a huge cake, and the number of candles was Dash’s age, I guess?
The rest of the seasons, as far as I know have no pointers on the ages of everypony.
But there is 1 more thing.
Twilight was 18 when she came to Ponyville, and then 3 seasons passed, Rainbow is 21. 18 + 3 = 21!
Each season is around 1 year.
Rainbow and Fluttershy may be around the same age, as they both were together in Flight School. So Pinkie is 17. (Start of the show)
I still have no idea about Applejack and Rarity’s ages, and the show didn’t give us any hints on that.
Conclusion:
At the start of MLP: FiM, Twilight, Fluttershy and Rainbow were 18 years old. Pinkie was 17 years old, and I don’t know abt AJ or Rares.
Nice! I have a feeling that Applejack is either 17 or 19 at the start, and Rarity is definitely over 18 because she owned a business even before the beginning of the series.

Yep, that sounds right. Rarity’s definitely older because in the last problem, she was the only one with grey in her mane, unless the others dyed their manes.
Interesting this must have taken a long time to figure out so congrats interesting to know the age of them or least a guess

) and was at least a year younger than all the kids at flight camp. In Parental Guidance, when she was telling scoots about her parents and all that, we get this flashback of Dash getting really embarrassed by her folks then we cut back to our Dashie, and she says this:

I'm pretty sure that it was mentioned, somewhere, that Dash had skipped a few years ('cause of her awesomeness of course
"Granted I was the youngest pony in the senior Competitive Circuit. Most other ponies my age were still in the Juniors Flapper's club"
Which give off the impression that Dash skipped a year at least. Which could mean one of two things; 1. this was very pintless and I have no idea what I'm saying , and 2. when Dash met Shy it was in that senior... whatever Das said. Shy does seem to be older than her so maybe, just maybe, they met in the senior competitive place, because Shy was at that age, and her parents wanted to challenge her. Also if we look away from Shy and on to Dumbbell (One of the flight camp bullies) and Dash, there seems to be an age gap between the two don't it?
(But if I'm being honest, it probably the former, ain't it?)
Anyyywhooo!
This was all my own speculation for Dash, but I think aside from that, everything seems to fit in place! I have to say: Props to you, bud, for actually taking the time to count each and every candle on her cake! Geez! I'm devoted and all, but I don't I'd have the patience for that!
