Hello everyone! Today I'm sharing a sneaky peak of my new one-shot collection- 'Etched In The Stars' coming out soon! Very excited to share this with you!
This extract is from a later chapter- still a work in progress, but i thought it would be fun to share.
Without further ado...
"Sunny, wake up." Dawn's soft voice came from outside the door. "Wake up! We have to go for our morning training session-"
"Five more minutes," Sunny mumbled, "my circadian rhythm hasn't reach the optimum time in its cycle yet..."
"Please, Sunny, wake up now, otherwise Prism and Dad are gonna-"
"Sweet Celestia, just five more minutes."
He heard his younger sister sigh outside the door. "I'm sorry, but you did this to yourself..."
Sunny frowned in his half-conscious state, but before he could say anything, she was shouting down the hall. "DAD! SUNNY ISN'T WAKING UP!"
His eyes burst open as his father and extremely annoying elder brother burst into his room.
"YEAH!" Soarin yelled, flexing, "IT'S TIME TO WORK OUT, SON! LET'S GET OUT THERE!"
"HECK YEAH! TIME TO GET BLOOD PUMPING, COME ONNNNNN!" Prism added, flinging open the curtains and letting sunlight pour into the room as if he were the Messiah himself.
"WHAT THE FU-" Sunny yelled as he was thrown out of bed.
"LANGUAGE!" His mother shouted up the stairs before he could finish his sentence. How she heard him, he had no idea.
I can't wait! This seems like it'll be fun.
