Write off, current fanfic and schoolwork doesn't fit together · 11:28pm Feb 18th, 2012
Hi everypony!
I'm sorry that I haven't posted a new chapter on my fanfic for a while. It's all because I wanted to join in for the Write Off competition. I had a nice start to a story, but I don't think I can really finish it... Mainly because of time problems, but also because I am still a novice at writing and have taken on more than I can chew with the story. I haven't quite figured out, how I can have more personalities than 3 (max 4) running along at any given time, without "the rest" being still in the background of the conversations.
Everything I write seems to be about 2 or 3 characters at a time, making the rest "immobile" which reads very bad.
But nothing is so bad that it is not good for something, so maybe I have found what I should work on :)
The Write Off itself wouldn't of course not be enough in itself to keep me from writing more chapters for my ongoing fanfic, but I've just started on my second semester some weeks ago and the school stuff is just piling up (not really piling, but I never have my desk empty, if you understand).
I really hope to release some chapters during next week and (though I do not dare to make a Pinkie Promise) at least really hope to have something new next weekend.
